Organizing the 2021 opening Ceremony

In June, we began to recruit student teams for this opening ceremony and organize discussion and planning. At the beginning of the summer vacation, our planning team first reported the preliminary plan of the opening ceremony to the school council.

During the summer vacation, the program was revised several times. On August 20, the host team, video team and design team representatives reported the work progress to the School Council again. The final solution may not look like the original, but the process of coping with many changes is the most real experience and challenge for the planning team.

At the opening ceremony, we invited an alumnus and the first Chinese man in space, Mr. Yang Liwei, to attend the opening ceremony as our guest. Although there were some setbacks in the process of preparing for the opening ceremony and some unreasonable points in the plan were refuted by teachers, we were still very proud of our final achievements.
